Refund Policy

All trips are dependent on weather and booking numbers.

*A 50% refund may be given for cancellations made 14-5 days before a scheduled trip/course/event.

*No refund may be given for cancellations made 4-0 days before a scheduled trip/course/event.

*Cancellations due to medical reasons: If a physician's note is provided, the full cost of the trip excluding the deposit amount, may be refunded 14-0 days before a scheduled trip/course/event.
